HerbVar Network

The Wetzel Lab is leading The Herbivory Variability Network (“HerbVar”), a global research network that aims to describe and understand how and why patterns in plant–herbivore interactions vary across the tree of life and around the world. We currently have completed over 750 surveys of nearly 500 plant species from more than 130 plant families. Our 200+ members come from across 30+ countries. We are funded by the National Science Foundation as a Research Coordination Network.

For more information see The Herbivory Variability Network website.
